Why I left Proton Mail and Tuta for Stalwart

For years I was using Proton and Tuda, but at this point I have migrated all my domains to a self-hosted instance of Stalwart. I want to start off by giving some background on this decision and then some of the pros and cons of it. So while I have my complaints about both Proton and Tuda, in general I think they both provide a great service. It’s also worth understanding my outlook on email is that it’s not private at all.
